You are never too young to be a leader! At Pali Leadership Camp, participants engage in a series of hands-on challenges, workshops and activities designed to teach the skills and mindset of exceptional leadership.
For 14-15 year-olds hoping to one day become Pali camp counselors and those wanting to develop abilities that will serve them in college and in life, Pali's program will inspire you to identify your potential and develop a clearer sense of purpose and responsibility. Our interactive leadership workshops will have campers practicing the essential skills of teambuilding, creative thinking and conflict resolution.
You will participate in ground-based ropes course initiatives, high ropes challenges, night hikes, and paintball missions combined with classroom-based sessions where you will learn about real world leaders and their secrets to success. Pali's leadership campers will still be just that, campers! You will fully participate in our afternoon electives and evening activities, though you will often serve in a leadership role ensuring maximum organization, participation and enjoyment for yourself and your fellow campers.
