Secret Agent Camp
Description
Go undercover for a week at Pali and return home having mastered the skills of a real secret agent. As a Pali agent, you will learn stealth tactics, undercover maneuvers and enjoy exhilarating and fun activities.
Week 1:
Participate in Spy Games, rapid-fire paintball challenges, high ropes course acrobatics, and little-known martial arts techniques, like hip throws, axe kicks, flying side kicks, the switcheroo swipe and the mummy twist. It's sure to get your heart pumping!
As a Secret Agent, you will learn teamwork, critical thinking, problem solving skills and discipline. Deploy on a critical mission with your fellow Pali Agents and support one another as you push your limits scaling the 53-foot high rock wall and flying through the air like Superman on our 227 foot long zip line. Then, test your strength and stamina on one of five themed paintball fields including The Wild West, The Junkyard, Presidents Field, High Noon, and The Jungle.
Week 2:
Paintball! Laser tag! Paintball! During week two of Secret Agent Camp, as a newly trained agent, you will put your skills to the test! During specials operations training, you will learn rapid room entry and room-clearing methods followed by covert missions around camp in preparation for your ultimate objective. Swat tactics and stealth techniques will be employed during longer and bigger paintball and laser tag battles. Utilizing skills you've learned like code deciphering, orienteering, and field communications, you must capture the other team's home base to win the game and save the day. Once you have mastered these skills and achieved these outcomes, your advanced training will include night time laser-tag combat drills and precision target shooting while zip lining or riding on the back of an ATV. Your secret agent training at Pali will culminate with an overnight camping trip including a recon and rescue mission to prove you and your teammates can complete "Mission Impossible" and save the world!

Packing List
Secret Agent Camp Packing List
- Very sturdy shoes for hiking, motorsports, paintball etc.
- Heavy duty long sleeve pants and shirt
- Your own Paintball equipment (optional)
- Expendable clothes (you will get very dirty)
- Sleeping bag (for two week SAC campers)
General Packing List
The following clothing list is designed as a guide for parents and campers and should be tailored to your child's planned specialty (see below), and activity interests. For example, campers with no desire for horseback riding do not need to bring a shoe with a 1/2" heel.
Campers and staff dress informally at Pali Overnight Adventures. The rule of thumb is bring clothes that are comfortable and expendable. We discourage designer clothing for 3 main reasons; camp is rustic and your child will be active; the relaxed no pressure environment gives campers the opportunity of not having to compete; and clothes are very easily lost or damaged at camp.
Camp implements a strict policy when it comes to "provocative clothing". A general rule is that undergarments must be worn at all times and may not be visible and that the navel to the bottom must be covered completely. Laundry is done for campers stayingfor three or more weeks. Laundry is done after the second week of a camper's stay. Please make sure your child has a laundry bag for their belongings.
Lost And Found - Name tags should be placed on all campers belongings. Please put the campers first and last name. While every effort is made to help campers be conscious of their belongings and return lost and found articles back to the campers, unlabeled articles are rarely recovered.
Pali Adventures is not responsible for the loss or damage to a camper's personal belongings for any reason (i.e. fire, theft, laundry or forgetfulness) and Pali Adventures strongly recommends that campers not bring items of value to camp.
Luggage - Luggage should be confined to bedding and one suitcase or duffel bag. Everything should be labelled and closed securely. We reserve the right to screen a camper's luggage.
Bedding - Camp does not provide any bedding or linens. All campers must bring their own sleeping bag (or sheets and blankets) for their nightly use, plus a pillow and pillowcase. Camp does not provide towels.
Personal Equipment - Cell phones are not permitted in camp and on camp sponsored trips. The camp may, at its discretion, hold cell phones or other similar devices. Confiscated cell phones may be picked up at the end of camp. Concerned Parents are always welcome to call the Head Counselors to check on the progress of their child. Almost every type of electronic device is not allowed at camp. As a rule, any item that can: send or receive a phone call or text messages, play a DVD, access the Internet or send or receive e-mail is not permitted at camp. Hand held electronic games, iPods, or other expensive equipment are strongly discouraged. The camp is not responsible for the damage, theft or other loss of any personal items.
Dangerous items are strictly prohibited from camp. No drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, matches, fireworks, or other contraband may be brought into camp. If these or any other dangerous items are found at camp, the staff will confiscate them and disciplinary action will be taken. Camp cannot guarantee the safekeeping or return of confiscated items.

Safety
All of Pali's programs adhere to every single one of the ACA (American Camp Association) accreditation specifications. This is a very thorough process, by the countries premiere camp standards organisation.
Pali counselors undergo an intense two week orientation period before camp begins. This training includes all matters of camper issue resolution, activity supervision and site specific rescue. All of our counselors are also fully certified in both CPR and First Aid.
Secret Agent Camp Safety
Our paintball fields are run by fully trained professionals who maintain a VERY strict code of conduct. Campers must have their masks on AT ALL TIMES, not shoot within 15ft and must be able to see where they are shooting. Campers must also where closed toed shoes and long pants. No exceptions. Any breaking of these rules will result in immediate dismissal from the paintball field.
Our Motorsports course ensures that every camper is as safe as possible. It is strict policy that all campers are to wear the supplied helmets, gloves, knee and elbow pads, and chest guard as well as long pants and closed toed shoes. We have hay bales that run alongside the entire track and counselors positioned every 100ft along the track. We also have a full range of industry standard signalling flags to keep campers and spectators aware of what's going on at all times.
Riflery is run by a fully trained range operator who's main priority is to ensure every safety precaution is not only stated but adhered to. Any potential safety infractions, no matter how minor, result in immediate dismissal of the parties involved. Our rifles are kept securely locked at all times when the range is closed.
Our Archery range is run by fully trained instructors who are aware of all the safety precautions set down by ACA and professional archery ranges. No one is allowed to approach the range or fire until under specific direction from the instructor. Our bows and arrows are kept securely locked up at all times when not in use.
Both the Lower Coyote Ridge and Slide High Ropes Courses are always under the supervision of certified ropes course instructors. Every member of staff who works at the course is pre-approved and fully trained by our Ropes Course Director and Assistant Director of the camp, Jolee Jones. Every safety precaution is taken including double checking of harnesses, the wearing of helmets and ‘Spotters' used to ensure optimum safety at the beginning and end stages of the climb. Campers are also required to wear closed toed shoes at all times.
Hiking – Our night and day hikes have been a specialty of Pali's throughout it's Outdoor Education program. We pride ourselves in providing a safe environment to do so in and around our property and know the terrain very well. It's important to remember to try and pack strong, sturdy shoes for the hike as it will make it far more comfortable and create less chance for rolling an ankle and causing a great deal of discomfort. Our staff have a very good knowledge of the area, the flora and fauna, and are very capable of leading a safe and adventurous hike.
Every other aspect of Secret Agent camp is kept under 100% supervision. No camper is allowed near any activity without a counsellor present. This is reiterated to them on their arrival.
